94X 1099 W-2 ACA W-4

Under the ACA, an employee who is employed, on average, 30 hours per week in a given measurement period or a total of 130 hours per month will be considered a full-time employee.

If you’re an ALE Member, you must file Form 1095-C for each employee who was a full-time equivalent employee for any month of the calendar year and, in some cases, to other employees (part-time employees) if they enroll in your self-insured coverage.

Want to e-file your full-time employee's healthcare coverage information on 1095-C forms? Feel free to contact TaxBandits. We are an IRS-approved e-file provider that handles all your 1095-C reporting needs. Create a FREE account at TaxBandits and e-file 1095-C before the due date.
