How do I print Form 1099-NEC State copies in TaxBandits?

TaxBandits allows you to download and print the state copies from the Distribution Center as soon as you transmit them. Sometimes, it will take 10-15 minutes to reflect in the Distribution Center. For security purposes, the option to download form copies with masked TIN is available. 

Here’s how you download and print 1099-NEC State copies:

• Sign in to TaxBandits.
• In the Dashboard, click Distribution Center -> 1099/W-2/1098/5498 forms under Print Forms.
• Select the Tax year, Business Name and Form Type as 1099-NEC. Navigate to State Copies and the recipient list will be displayed. Select the required recipients and click Download Forms.

• You can either download the form copy as Zip file or consolidated Pdf. You can also download the form copies with either Masked or Unmasked TIN.
