How do I add payers/employers to the Address Book?

There are a couple of ways you can do this.

Option 1: Sign in to TaxBandits and click on Address Book from the application dashboard. Then click on Add Payer/Employer to add the employer details. 

Option 2: Use the bulk upload option to import multiple Payers/Employers to the address book. 

  1. Click on Address Book from the application dashboard. 
  2. Click on Bulk Upload Payers/Employers.
  3. Download the excel template provided in the flow
  4. Fill in the details as per the instructions provided
  5. Upload the file to import the payer/employer details

In the W2/1099/941 flow, you will be able to pull up the employer from the address book using a search bar.
