How do I download a copy of a corrected W2?

Once the W-2c is transmitted to the SSA, you can access the form copies from the Distribution Center. The recipient, payer, state, and summary copies of the form will be available. 

Follow the steps below to access copies of W-2c:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the Dashboard, click Distribution Center.
• Click 1099/W-2/1098/5498 Forms under the Print Forms.
• Select the Tax year, Business Name, and Form type W-2c. Click View Forms.

• Employees with a transmitted W-2c under this business will be displayed. Select the required employee and click Download Forms. Corrected W-2 form copies will be downloaded. 
• The W-2c copies are available for download as a ZIP file or a consolidated PDF. You can also download forms with or without the TIN masking.
• You can also download Payer copies, and State Copies from these tabs as needed.
