Applicable To
94X 1099 W-2 ACA W-4

The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration mandates the filing of Form W2 only if there is a state tax withholding. TaxBandits supports the filing of Form W-2 with both the Federal and the State of Arkansas.

However, we do not support filing Reconciliation "Form AR3MAR” with the state, and the employer is responsible for filing the reconciliation form before the deadline.

What to be filed

Form W-2 - Wage and Tax Statements
Form AR3MAR - Annual Reconciliation of Monthly Withholding

Due Date

The due date to file Form W-2 is January 31, and filing Reconciliation Form AR3MAR with Arkansas is Feb 28.

Penalty

The Penalty for filing a W-2 late is $25.00, and the penalty for not paying the additional tax penalty of 5% will be charged every month. However, this penalty will never exceed 35%.

Mailing Address

If you withheld taxes, mail your Form W2 along with Form AR3MAR and W-3 to the following address:
