Where can I access copies of filed 94x forms?

After you transmit the 94x forms to the IRS, copies of the forms will be available in the Distribution Center to download.

Follow the below steps to access 94x form copies:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the home screen, navigate to Distribution Center >> Print Forms>>94x Forms.

• Select the Tax Year and Payer/Employer. Select the 94x form type from the drop-down.

• Under the Action column, you can download Form 940 and Form 8453-EMP.
