The aggregate cap on qualified sick leave wages remains at 80 hours (10 days), but the limitation on the number of days resets with respect to leave taken by employees beginning on April 1, 2021. The aggregate cap on qualified family leave wages increases to $12,000 from the previous cap of $10,000, and the aggregate cap resets with respect to leave taken by employees beginning on April 1, 2021.
