How do I know if my Form 7200 is rejected?

If your Form 7200 is rejected, the IRS will send you a letter 6312 explaining the reason for rejection. You may also receive the same letter in case the IRS changed your requested amount because you've made a computation error.

You can know that your Form 7200 is rejected, or the requested amount has been changed by receiving this letter. Find the reasons for your form rejection or the change in the amount and proceed further with the letter's instruction.
