How to enable Online Access for employees/recipients?

As part of the filing flow, enable the Online Access option for your employees/recipients to allow access to their W2/1099 copies through a secure portal. The key point to note is that by enabling this option, your employees/recipients will have online access to all their forms made available to them.
You can enable online access from multiple touchpoints as part of the filing flow:
Touchpoint 1: When you add the employer- here you enable the online access at an employer level.
Touchpoint 2: When you add the employee details- here you enable the online access at an employee level.
Touchpoint 3: Enable online access from the Dashboard.
