A One Time Access code (OTA) is the security code to access the Online Access Portal. It will be sent to the login email address. Without entering the OTA, you cannot log in to the Portal.
Follow the steps below if you have not received the OTA:
1. Check your Spam Folder.
2. Refresh your inbox to make sure you received the OTA.
3. Double-check the login email address.
If you are still not receiving the OTA, you must contact your employer to resolve the issue.
